Pct time off yes or no

Ok how many guys out there count there pct as time off. I like to do time on= time off, but i want to find out how many guys would count a 4 week pct as time off. So if you cycles for 12 weeks then did a 4 weeks pct could you jump back on in 8 weeks or would you suggest to wait a full 12 weeks after pct. Thanks
