Peak week clen/t3 dosage

Hello Guys,

what you dosage should be used in last (final ) week before competition?

i was runing 75 mcg t3 + 120mcg clen / day during prep.

my idea was to do 50mcg t3 + 80mcg clen 5 days out. or would be good to do 25mcg t3?

if you are very flat and think you cant fill out in time you can lower
day of show do not take any t3

i would cut in half for a few days and then stop both on Wednesday to keep you from not being able to fill up

I was told to keep everything the same peak week. If you change stuff it can throw you off. If you need tocut it nback to fill out run that dose to show day. I would not cut it out completely that changes your body chemistry

I have dropped the T3 + Clen dose to help me fill out as I don't fill out easily and it worked like a charm. Don't completely cut it as Clen dries you out a little and you wouldn't want a rebound of water a couple days out.

That Is what I did. No problem carbing up

id drop t3 to 25mcg, thats around a replacement dosage.
t3 decreases glycogen synthesis, you probably wont fill out very well at 75mcg.
on 25-50mcg you should still be able to carb up successfully. its all an individual thing though

During carb deload clen at maximum dosage, cut it during de the carb load, and cut the T3 to 25mcg during the load.
