No but I first commented on one of his threads because it was less peak week protocol and more common sense. Although I do know how to get people in shape and I know how drugs and nutrition works. But the reason I commented is this guy does the same thing every time. He wants this magical protocol when he has already got in shape. He always looks great and super dry 1 week out. He is literally there and everytime he ruins his prep in that final week. That tells me he doesn't need to do all this crazy stuff with water, sodium, potassium, diuretics, carbs etc.
He has another thread he started recently about the same subject. For me it's common sense. He has no problem getting in shape and looking dry but he will still add in the likes of aldactone 7-5 days out. His problem from his own words seems to be filling out at the end so to me I would not even run aldactone for that very reason. Aldactone makes it extremely difficult to fill out the way he runs it. I don't even think he needs diuretics because he can get super lean/dry without them but if he were to use one the most basic dyazide protocol would be enough. At the moment he seem to prefer aldactone because it's so good at drying him out but it's goes against is other main goal of looking full.
So sure I have not stepped on stage so people can tell me to fuck off but my advice comes from a good place plus I understand these drugs. He is a very nice guy so I am not posting anything negative I just think CM's posts may be right. You could give him a set protocol and he would add to it due to wanting to be the best. I have told him in the past to hire someone experienced like Shelby for at least the final few weeks just to stop him second guessing. I hope he nails it next time and I wish him all the best.
