I am doing a peek week trial run and i have 2 diffrent styles i am considering.
Currently:
Water intake: 1.5 galloon
Sodium: High 6000mg
Carbs: 50g
Training: Depletion 4 days
Plan 1: Matt porter style
Carbing up 2 days heavy 600g then 2 days to dry out.
Sodium: keep sodium high until 1 day out then cut it 1 day before
Water intake: 1.5 galloon during load then cut it the 8pm night before
Plan 2:
Carbing up 2 days heavy 600g then 2 days to dry out.
Sodium: 3000mg during load then cut it 1 day out
Water intake: 1.5 galloon during load then cut it the 8pm night before
What method do you think i should choose?
