100mcg ghrp-2 100mcg mod grf 3 times a day. Morning, afternoon and night
On training days I put one of my doses 30 minutes before training. 15 minutes later I pin 4iu gh.
I'm considering adding in 4-6iu humalog right before training. If I did that I would add in some carbs pre and during workout.
Seem like a decent plan?
