Peps and gh with possible low dose humalog

I'm currently running some peptides and gh.

100mcg ghrp-2 100mcg mod grf 3 times a day. Morning, afternoon and night

On training days I put one of my doses 30 minutes before training. 15 minutes later I pin 4iu gh.

I'm considering adding in 4-6iu humalog right before training. If I did that I would add in some carbs pre and during workout.

Seem like a decent plan?

bump humalog to 8iu and pour on the bcaa, glutimine, creatine during the workout with carbs. Have some post workout with shake or meal.

or you could do this regiment post workout with meal and shake.

If I were to do the humalog before I'd do the nutrition like this

Pre workout 5g leucine, 5g creatine, 40g carb.
Intra workout same as pre
Post workout 40g whey, 5g leucine, 5g creatine, 40g carb.
Then probably eat a meal about an hour later.

If I were to do humalog post workout I would probably just omit pre and intra shakes and double the post workout shake then have a meal.

I'm just trying to nail down the timing of the gh and peps with the humalog.
 
GH should be before training and the Humalog should be taken immediately after and then you need to eat within 15 minutes. I would stick to Humulin R. Much easier to get without shipping from Canada in the Summer and it doesn't hit you as hard or quickly as Humalog. Of course, its half life is longer.
Remember, GH is hyperglycemic and insulin is hypoglycemic. They will work well together if used properly. Insulin stores fat, GH releases fat. Insulin promotes cellular uptake of about half of the amino acids needed for repair and growth while GH promotes the uptake of the other half. This is why you see freaky dudes (and dudettes) who use both together. Insulin increases T-4 conversion to T-3 and GH decreases liver conversion of T-4 to T-3 which is why it's good to look after your thyroid levels while on GH, especially if it's not used with insulin. Hope that helps some people here.
Also, you should only pin about 2 IUs of GH. Studies have shown that more than that will not produce noticeable differences. In tests, GH dosages of 4
IUs did not significantly increase circulatory IGF-1 levels above that which were realized from injections of only 2-3 IUs. It would be better to have 1-2 IU shots 3-5 times per day.

That's interesting. So what you're saying is

-30 peps
-15 2iu gh
0 train
90 insulin with post workout shake.

I'm going to try the insulin both pre and post workout to see which I like better.

There are so many different ways to run the 2 compounds and I guess we all have to find which works best for us.
