To prevent creating a catabolic environment during lifting/cardio when in PCT and a couple weeks after, would you suggest pinning GHRP/GHRH preworkout? This way you get a GH peak during your workout, and for a period afterwards?

Help me understand, because I know when you workout your cortisol levels peak, causing catabolism. If GH levels are high in the blood, is this enough to offset the catabolic environment? What's the average time cortisol begins to level to normal levels post workout?
 
Post workout. Should be 3 times a day.

Both. About 90 minutes pre and again post assuming 90 minutes for training, cardio and traveling time to gym. Adjust timing as needed. If I could only do one it would be pre to make the cardio more effective and less catabolic.

From all of the research that I've read three times a day should be the minimum, but 5-6 x's a day is favored. Reason being bc you want to come as close as possible to your bodies natural GH pulses. I'm not saying that 3 x's a day wouldn't be very beneficial, but in this case more frequent peptide doses are better.
