To prevent creating a catabolic environment during lifting/cardio when in PCT and a couple weeks after, would you suggest pinning GHRP/GHRH preworkout? This way you get a GH peak during your workout, and for a period afterwards?
Help me understand, because I know when you workout your cortisol levels peak, causing catabolism. If GH levels are high in the blood, is this enough to offset the catabolic environment? What's the average time cortisol begins to level to normal levels post workout?
