i tried 200mcg tyric-6 followed 1/2 hour later with 200mcg dsip and 50mg ea. of phenibut/l-theanine/5-htp. it was an interesting experience. no problem getting to sleep or staying asleep. however was somewhat too relaxed upon waking.
