I've got a friend who want's to get back into training but has issues with the tendons in his elbows that prevent him from doing this.
No major injuries, torn ligament, etc.. More likely just repetitive stress disorder from work, etc.
After doing some research....
I'm thinking BPC-157 250mcg per day at the wound site and TB-500 at 2mg subQ E3D’s for 6 weeks.
Also heard good things about Ostarine 25mg ed for 12 wks and of course GH 2iu ed.
Any advice?
I'm kind of out of my league giving advice to a friend here, never had to use any of these compounds for ligament repair before.
