My first start to the day is 10g bcaa's and 10g glutamine on waking with my vits etc....I then wait 30mins and have breakfast.
If im wanting to pin GHRP2 and Mod-grf when would that fit in with the above?
Second shot is going to be pre workout...i have a pre workout shake 30mins pre training with no carbs in really...so could i just shoot and then have my pre workout drink pretty much straight away?
Last jab is going to be pre-bed....my last meal does have some carbs in it, so would it be best to take this before my last meal or after my last meal?
I notice 5-10mins after my jab i feel all dizzy and warm...is this normal?
