It makes work fun! and kills appetite for carbs and shitty foods... all im eating is lettuce, meat( fish, beef, chicken, pork) sipping on BCAAS and reading books.... Ephedrine makes life eaiser

And that's just ephedrine alone or ECA?
 
Im on 1.5 tabs of eph @ 25mg per tab....and will take the other .5- 1 around 7 o'clock. Its 6pm here
 
I've stacked just about evening with them, eca,yohimbe, clen,t3,t4 ( I prefer t3 despite the fact t4 is supposed to be better with gh). All stacks nice

I've always felt T4 is inactive. I've never noticed anything off of it so if necessary, I'll just run T3 at lower dose equivalent to the Supposable T4 conversion I am after.

Same here. Sticking with the T3 for now. I'm just taking enough of it to offset the effect of the Tren. Hopedully the four, Tren, T3, MK and Dac will work synergistically at a calorie deficit .

That's a great stack. I just started the dac as well but am skipping the MK due to the water it makes me hold.

yeah, if you're going to be competing soon, the water isn't a great thing. I'm still in the early stages of cutting so for me water retention is, if anything, a good thing.

For some reason I'm a sponge and hold onto water until the VERY last minute then peak week the pounds just fall off. Never understood it as I'm always well hydrated and keep sodium/potassium up as well as cut out those things I know make me hold extra water. Striations everywhere already but my mid section is always the last to come in. Seems to be where I hold most water (lucky me) [emoji35]

Use the ephedrine with caffeine anhydrous pills. It doesn't work as well with caffeine from other sources, ie. Coffee

Was your trip successful? Anytime I've inquired about it, they claim that they do not carry it.


I haven't made it there yet. I will go either today or tomorrow and see. Damn work and gym take up all my time!!
