Use the ephedrine with caffeine anhydrous pills. It doesn't work as well with caffeine from other sources, ie. Coffee

Got that bronkaid man! Just took the first dose. I'll plan to take one tab with a caffeine tab pre workout then possibly 1 more tab in afternoon.
