Peptides for carpal tunnel

Has anyone tried any peptides to treat carpal tunnel? Possibly KPV for the inflammation to alleviate the swelling/pain? Steroid shots did not work. Looking for alternatives to avoid surgery.

Following along.

Carpal tunnel is caused by the compression of the median nerve. In my opinion the best try would be ARA-290. I used in the past for a radial nerve compression and I think it helped but I was also using Glow at same time.

Looks like bpc/tb500 might be a good start. Adding Kpv in if needed. If those can’t take care of the inflammation and swelling then ARA-290 would be added for pain

Most likely you're going to need to get it repaired if it's bad. I did after having it for many years. Also, had the ulnar nerve on both sides done. 3 week and back in the gym.

If you don't have the ulnar nerve issue, you can do both hands at the same time.

Get an EMG first to make sure the ulnar nerve is good.

There is no peptide that is going to help. CT compression is not a inflammation/recovery thing.
