Peptides for degenerating Spine

Hi, my dad who is 68 now has some bone spurs and also some degenerating bone issues in the spine.
along with this he suffers from Sciatica pain but mostly because as he is becoming less mobile he is stretching less ETC.
Any Peptides to reduce some pain and possible restore or slow down any of this?
BPC and TB 500 for a start but any other ideas?
GH can also help.

I’m not a doctor, I’m not giving you medical advise, but I will give you my experience.

I suffer from early onset osteoarthritis and some other related issues. I have had multiple shoulder surgeries and multiple spinal fusions. I’m am on a permanent regiment of opioids. Trt levels of test and small doses of deca provided significant relief from the pain and allowed me to become more active. It also helped me reduce my overall opioid use.

Gabapentin can help reduce nerve pain, but my long term use had side effects I did not like.

The only things i know that reduce or slow down bone loss is estrogen and testosterone. So i would go with testosterone
