I am looking to add some peptides to my cutting cycle.
Primarily, I am looking to get sleep, recovery etc benefits out of it. The fat loss benefit would be secondary.
I would like to avoid any kind of bloat and day time lethargy as this would be for a contest prep.
From my research Ipam with CJC no dac would be the best options?? I would appreciate suggestions on dosing, timing, etc.
I also have a question on frag. I follow an IF diet and don't eat until 1-2PM. In the morning I do light construction work. Would it be beneficial to take frag in the morning considering I won't be doing any morning cardio and frag is typically used pre cardio?
