I am looking to add some peptides to my cutting cycle.
Primarily, I am looking to get sleep, recovery etc benefits out of it. The fat loss benefit would be secondary.
I would like to avoid any kind of bloat and day time lethargy as this would be for a contest prep.
From my research Ipam with CJC no dac would be the best options?? I would appreciate suggestions on dosing, timing, etc.
I also have a question on frag. I follow an IF diet and don't eat until 1-2PM. In the morning I do light construction work. Would it be beneficial to take frag in the morning considering I won't be doing any morning cardio and frag is typically used pre cardio?

Contest prep....have you competed before? You can achieve improved sleep and recovery from sound nutrition and lifestyle modification, no peptides needed there and some more money in your pocket.

Stop the intermittent fasting BS, recovery will improve with proper nutrient timing, and you may even sleep better as you might be stuffing yourself late at night during your "feeding window" therefore disrupting sleep. Please don't say you were planning on incorporating this eating style for prep.....please. It may be convenient but it's obviously not working.

Avoiding bloat, are you competing in bikini? I do not even want to know how you are currently eating if you are wanting to avoid "any kind of bloat"....Don't be bloated on show day and your fine.

FAT LOSS is secondary??? are you trying not to win? Why even consider Frag 176-191? Saved you some more money...but what the hell do you think? Use common sense, if it works well for fasted cardio, and continues to work in the absence of protein sparing nutrients after cardio, do you think it may provide some benefit if fasted when performing "light construction" :lightbulb:

If you search this topic, which you have not, you will find the exact answers you are looking for....some insight, if eating properly throughout the day provides inconvenience, do not consider, read into, or provide payment or shipping info to any peptide retailer.
 
BOOM dosing with 2mg ipam pre bed time will greatly improve your sleep. of course take 100mcg of mod1-29 with the ipam also.

Great sleep and great gh pulses during the night. great for recovery.
 
There are many combinations of gh peptides that would help for these goals!
