Im going to start using peptides again, but have only ever used them while intermittent fasting. GHRP 2 and 1295 no dac, standard 100mcg 3x daily. I will also be on trt test and tren ace 100mg eod.

My current diet consists of a post workout shake of whey and dextrose. I believe to get the best results I should pin my GHRH and GHRP post workout and wait 30 mins before having the shake? Thats what my gut feeling is.

Other dosing times would be standard 30 mins pre break fast, and 30 mins pre evening meal (30-60mins pre bed). Hoping for improved sleep also.
 
i believe fats/carbs do not effect ghrp/cjc.

i still take them pre morning cardio, than again post cardio, shower, than finaly eat. i dont really try to wait 30min after administration, i used to do that, but i dont really see any difference in results.

i hope im not wrong...
 
Doesn't matter when you take it; just stager it 3 hours a part.
 
Thanks fellas, ill do pre morning cardio and pre last meal of day/bed for sure

going to experiment with pre workout and post workout doses and see how that goes.
