What were you guys working on with the cadaver?

Did you ever end up transitioning 100% to Edgely's training for a period of time or pick anything up from it you liked? I can see how it would be difficult to deviate from Jeff's training though with the results that have been had.

I hear you on the cough, have had the same thing the last couple weeks and getting stares from everyone. A flight to Asia probably does make folks a little more concerned haha! Have a good trip, looking forward to the log!

Mostly advanced intubation but general trauma from needle Ds to a crushed pelvis.

Didn’t transition 100% to Ross’s stuff, if all honesty we did vibe and I didn’t really fall in love with the training.

Two days of travel, finally in Bangkok with the family. Light cardio on the morning then a performance cardio session in the afternoon, but for now sleep.

Been working through some light Diahrehha the past three days. Hit me fucking hard today after my run. Spent the day in bed. Wound up having to snag an IV.

Beyond dehydrated from the run. Was feeling solid and just over did it with the heat.

Going to take tomorrow completely off, heading to Singapore tomorrow

Feel like I am starting to tighten up slightly, diet has been far from perfection to put it lightly. Crushed a food tour this morning then hit a performance session but didn’t feel super bloated.

BF level isn’t changing but not holding as much water. Can notice mainly in calves/quads

Found a nice gym in Singapore by my hotel. Not the biggest guy by this forums standards but fuck I’ll say it…. Feel like Godzilla in there.

Morning mate - I have an ongoing issue with prolactin. Responded on your other thread but my endo and I have noticed it ebbs and flows with my training volume and what I am doing work wise.

Almost like cortisol manifesting itself in a weird way.

Outside of that my bloods are always perfect. Perhaps if I started running higher dosages of EQ some issues but at 300-800mg I’ve never had issues

What's the highest dose of Eq you've run that resulted in increased endurance while not impacting Bloods and/or libido ?

I tried 1,200 a while ago and crit jumped above 60

BP/RHR was also elevated

Even with 2 liters of fluids a week (IV-LR+meyers) I couldn’t stay ahead of my hydration
 
Planning on march in southern Florida to train with Phil Daru should be interesting!
That should be awesome! I could kick myself in the ass for this but I met him at a kabuki seminar in 2017, but I had no idea who he was. Could tell he was pretty sharp (and jacked) but I didn't follow any kind of social media at the time.

Update: Checked into the house in Chalong (where tiger is) had a bit of an issue. In a hotel in Patong.

Camp will officially start May 23. Leaving this Friday for Hong Kong for Hyrox. Back to Patong for two days then off to Delhi India (wife’s request, went to the Taj years back but had food poisoning so bad we didn’t take any photos).
 
EPO update

Usually have sprints plugged in but don’t have access to facilities/equipment needed where I can perform but maintain hydration.

Can tell my hydration despite pumping in sodium and water has taken a hit. Not feeling the effect of the EPO as strongly this time as usual.

Minimal impact on LSD runs. Performance sessions I can tell it’s working but not to the same extent.

Update
Bit if a crusher today. Run was at 92 degrees and 84% humidity and gym session was in a “covered” but no AC gym.

Fly to Hong Kong in the morning for a few days for Hyrox.

Some photos attached. Legs are tightening up like crazy but mid section still is a bit soft.

Have an issue with my right hip not firing. Today during sled pushes I noticed it is rotated in an anterior position messing up power generation. Notice in the photo my right side sits almost two inches lower than left.

Tomorrow morning (the 12th) will be a light morning cardio session and a light session tomorrow night just to aid recovery. 13th will just be walking around eating clean. 14th is day of competition.
