Hello guys
How much emphasis do you guys place on periworkout nutrition?
I do a hefty pre meal of carbs and an intra with carbs and eaas.
Sometimes post workout (with an hour of cardio post currently), I’ll wait a bit to eat as I like to relax for a bit. Big deal? Or nothing to worry about.
