hey i did a cycle of sus 500 and did a pct including toremifine....however at the end of my cycle my nipples got really puffy and i noticed lactating in both of them if i squeezed them. went to the doctor and he said he felt a tiny bump under the left but nothing under the right. he also said to see him in two months if it didnt clear up but it should clear up on its own. i was thinking about getting some cabergoline to hopefully clear up the problem as quick as possible. and i was also thinking about trying nolva with it. do you think this would help it? any advice or help would be appreciated

Nolva is what most people use. But I have had more success with letrozole.

Nolva will not help here. Cabergoline/Dostinex is what you need now.

Quite possibly, but there are never any guarantees. Your gyno has been induced from prolactin build up and Nolva has no effect on this. You need cabergoline to knock this down.

what about dosage and lengths? ive read it has a a half life of about two days so is every other day fine...and how long should i continue after symptoms stop.

eod is ok. how long will depend on your natural production coming back on line and your hormones balancing out again. Every individual is different. Since technically speaking men are not supposed to lactate we are not supposed to need this drug................so duration of use will vary!

Do a little more research into the compounds you are going to choose, have preventatives on hand for the possible sides that come with your choice, do not have a more is better mentality and since you know you are already prone to this condition then have the cabergoline on hand at the start of your cycle and run it in conjunction with your choice. Of course you could also avoid using the compounds that caused your situation. But here at Pro Muscle there is a ton of info and real first hand experience with all of this. Just sit down and take some time to read my friend. Knowledge here is worth it's weight in gold! Stay safe!

Do you know anything about how cabergoline is shown in studies to cause damage to the heart's valves? I know someone well respected on here that said he wont take it now because of this. I looked on the net and its all over, seems it is a real problem. I think I may have prolactin issues now, havent got back the endo's test results though. Sometime to keep in mind about this drug.

Yes I have heard of these issues. I would think that the studies would relate to heavy use and or long term use. I think that short term should not pose a huge problem as long as the dose is pretty low. But hey, everything we do carries a risk factor as far as I am concerned, and I'm sure you would agree. In your case Mal I would talk to your endo about it before you do anything.

I would expect someone in her position would. Mal, Do not assume anything with doctors. While I respect their education and knowledge, they are out in left feild when it comes to what we (bbers) do and the amounts we use. My gp asks me questions about AAS all the time. He finds my limited knowledge astounding and I have even recommended a few things to him for his specific problems. Funny thing is he takes my advice and does what I tell him. He says he has never felt better. So just because they are doctors do not assume they have the same knowledge some of us do. I am lucky, I have a great doctor who is willing to spend time with me to discuss various health issues and test results. He appreciates my experience and listens when I talk. Ask your Doc about these possible sides and if he/she is aware of them. Hey Doctors are human too.
