I love hitting a new personal best. Yesterday I hit 2. A little info as to I believe is how: I haven't done flat bench in nearly 3 months as it was not in my DC rotation. Well, all my lifts got heavier, of course. Well, I am taking a short break from DC to let my body "heal up". So, I hop on the incline yesterday and throw up 315 3x, never even tried 315, so very happy. Then, over to the flat bench and throw up 405 1x. I was very happy and have to say that if I had never started DC, I would have never gotten close to putting up that weight.
