I started out thinking this would be a funny thread, but got nervous after my list got too long! lol....here is my condensed version.

Bathroom times: I take care of business at specific times and always shower afterwards and do a thorough cleaning. Unless I am sick, this is a ritual and I am extremely irritated if I am unable to follow this habit.

Naps: I like to take naps before lifiting in the afternoon. I don't feel I am able to do a session justice If I am not well rested. I am also very irritable when I don't get to take a nap for an hour or so. I've been that way since High School. I don't recover as quickly when I don't nap. So...I am sorta psycho about it.

Thats enough for now! :D
 
Movements

First thing that comes to my mind for me is:

Prior to training, every time, I MUST at least try to take a dump, weather I feel if I actually will produce any results or not, I must at least try...If I dont, I just cant/dont push myself as hard as I normally would when I train...

Also pre-train I MUST also have a peroid of time to get focused for the workout, which usually happens during the dump period..if I dont, I just cant keep my focus miknd/muscle connection during the workout, my mind will tend to wonder about other things I did that day or that I have to do that day.
 
Meals are a big obsession for me, I like to eat at 6am,9,12,3,6,9pm if i have to miss a meal i start to get a bit cranky!!!

I personally NEED to drink Cytomax 30 minutes before the gym and have to rush home to drink my shit tasting Isopure immediately after. When I am almost finished with my shake I turn the shower on so that it's warm by the time I am actually done. Then, I set the glass on the counter and get into the shower. As soon as I am finished with my shower I take my dirty glass to the kitchen and put it in the dishwasher.
 
None of mine have anything to do with training.

Ive been playing poker for about 8 or 9 years now. Every time I go play at the casino I have to take a crap right before I get my seat at the table. I have to do this every time. It must be nerves I think....lol.

I'm very OCD about my bed, sheets, ect. It has to be made everyday and nothing can be out of place in my room...Ill flip out if it is.

The only thing that I do thats kind of a ritual training wise is right before a heavy set of dumbells (chest, shoulders, ect), while the dumbells are on my knees before I kick them up, I tap the tops together for a three count then kick them up. I do this every time. If I dont do it, which is never, I dont feel I get as amped up. Weird.
 
My only things are:
1.) I have to strecth before each set
2.) I have to eat right before I wourkout
 
Mine really has nothing to do with training. I have family and friends who claim this is an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Anyways, when I clean dishes, I wash them all by hand, then put them in the dishwasher. Even after all that cleaning, before I will use a dish, I will rinse it off thoroughly before using it.
 
For training I have to have my wrist straps on, doesnt matter if I am not using them and training legs, I wont train if I dont have them with me. I feel naked without them, kind of like walking out of the house without your wrist watch ya know.

As well as when I eat eveything has to be placed in front of me a certain way. Fork, knife, drink, plate...everything has a certain spot I put it all in before I will eat.
 
I used to be quite OCD about things before I got my sleep apnea fixed. I would get weird about things when I was tired.

But nobody was worse than an old friend I had. He would do all sorts of weird shit like make sure the tv was plugged in nice and tight, certain lights had to be on/off,certain doors closed, then go make sure the kitchen appliances were unplugged, the fridge shut securly,etc. He did this routine every time he left the house it took like 5 min. Then when he parked his truck he had this routine where he would park, count to three on his hand then set the ebrake, put it in gear, and take his keys out. To mess with him I would always ask if he made sure the ebrake was set lol. 9 times out of 10 he would double check haha.

I too use to shower afterwards when I could...BABY WIPES are great ;) gets the area clean clean and smelling fresh so when the lady goes down unaounced, it is good to go ;)

I too love my naps...if I do not get them I am one grumpy SOB

Nice to see someone else is very clean.
 
Mine has nothing to do with training. Its about sleeping. When I go to bed I have no problem lying next to my women (ie,, spooning, cuddling,etc..) but when I am ready to fall asleep I roll over and have to have the blankets fall down between us. If I can feel her body heat while I'm sleeping it drives me crazy and I sweat like a pig. And if I wake up and shes rolled over to my side of the bed I wake her and make her move. Needless to say this has caused plenty of strife. I have tried to get past it but I just end up laying there wide awake all night.
 
I have OCD. I flip if there's mess in the house, or in the office. At the end of the day, when my staff leave, if everything is not exactly in the places that it should be, they are not allowed to leave until things are put right.

I have to have a sip of water between each set , or I can't do the next set.

If the plates on one side of the bar are a certain way, they have to be the same way on the other side.

If I am sleep deprived, or hungry, you DO NOT want to be around me!

I shower a few times a day.

Don't get me going about my cars though! My shopping car you could take a dump on, I couldn't care less. But on my supercars, before you get in one of them, I have to tell you the rules and you are not allowed to touch anything. God forbid that you put a fingerprint somewhere!

heres me list.

Farting and fluffing the covers.

Always drink a beer in the shower before i go out .

First drink out must be slammed hard.

I wear underwear when its hot out .

All Detroit sporting events i watch alone .

2 zannex and a bloody mary everytime on the airplane.

Headphones for everyworkout except leg day.

Speak to my dog in our own language and always tuck him in b4 bed always.

always kiss before making love.

when completely bombed i will cannon ball buttnaked into my pool no matter if my girl has her friends over .

No body will ever drive the stanger 69 no matter how many times they ask.

Named all my cars girls names , my stanger is Candy Pants, Lexus is Lexy.

Named my pillow Betsy and my bed lucious LMAO.

Always kiss my sweee before bed or i cant sleep.

Same. Kissing my girls are the first thing I do when I come home and I wake up, last thing I do when I leave the house and go to sleep. We have our own language.

And yes, all my cars are girls too :) But I only call them by their own makes.

Oh yeah, I get all sweaty, I just don't care. The strange thing is, I never stink. People don't understand how it is that I never stink, but I don't. It's baffling.:p
