Im not on this board much but I had surgery 16days ago from an absess and infection from dirty gear. It was on my leg,hip,knee,and joints and ive lost 15pounds.
For my last set on incline bench I got 300pounds for 8reps im proud lol
Stats:20yr old,5'8", now 220pounds.

Not asking for your source, but what brand of gear were you using? If you don't mind sharing, I just want to make sure I steer clear of it.

How did you end up with 300lbs, using the 2 1/2 lb plates?. good lift even at 295 though.

They do not teach match like when you I and learned it. Now they just round it up to the next number

95 lbs 1 rep max on squat. Was rough but got it.

That's funny, so 3 plates on each side is now 320lbs! Great, Is 385-400?, Or is 4 plates 400?. I need to know what I'm lifting these days, I might be stronger or weaker depending.

Oops it was 305 I thought sinnce the 55pound bar it was 300 my bad. And.it was g.a.l.s brand since thats.not.source specific.

All the bars in my gym are 45 pounds... Not sure what's going on here...

The one on incline hre is a 2" 55pound bar.
