i've used pgf2a. i think it does have some benefit if you do just 1 or two small shots a day in problem fat areas.
if you go overboard and try and do it as much as the "experts" say, it really does screw with your life. i noticed that this one shot in the AM did raise my respiration for a while. this is prob part of the reason it helps with fat loss. it also seems to have a good nutrient partitioning effect. dunno if this was due to increased slin sensitivity or what. the pumps do screw a little with your workouts. i found my grip just sucked when i was using it.
all in all, it may be something useful to have around and use occasionally. my actual favorite use for the stuff was to shoot it right after a cheat meal. really, now that i think about it, that is sorta a form of bulimia.
it is very easy to get dehyrdrated when you are using it. make sure to drink alot of water.
