Just want to clarify that Trimix and Caverject are just as acceptable as PGE-1. It's all the same to me

No the same. Only Caverject is the same as PGE-1. Caverject is the brand name of the medication made by pfizer and the ingredient is Alprostadil or PGE-1 (Prostaglandin E-1)

Trimix is a mix of 3 chemicals being PGE-1, Phentolamine and Papaverine.

It's nothing to dose 2-5mcg with a 31g pin
Any more and you'll have a painfully hard erection
I haven't used caverject, etc in almost 15 yrs
But i do remember having to find the right dose.
These days I like 100mcg of pt141 and Levitra
Rock hard without the worries of having to go to the hospital cause your dick won't go down

Interesting what are the side effects from only 100mcg of pt141? Usually people talk about 200-300mcg as dose.

Not sure brother. My only bad experience to me was my first time. Without knowing it, I am over sensitive to PGE-1. Which of course today is a great thing because a tiny miniscule amount, around 0.5mcg is enough for a full sex session of hard wood which makes it very cost effective.

However, my first time trying it I went with the minimum medical dose of 2.5mcg. Erection lasted 7 hours. The problem was, by the 4-5 hour mark the pain is unbearable. My dick was so hard, I could use it as a steel pipe. Sharp pains developed around the base and around the tip. Not a pain that you can suck it up and move on, is a pain that makes you sweat and clinch and it doesnt go away. By the 6 hour mark I wanted to saw that shit out of my body. Thats how bad the pain was. I started debating going to the ER but I wasn't sure which makes you anxious. Finally around the 7 hour mark slowly started subsiding.

Same happened with me. I just took 75 to 100mg of ephedrine. Went down after 30mins or so
