yes @luki7788 but what confused me is that it says 15mg/1.5m as in 15mg per 1.5ml as opposed to 1ml. So does that not mean (15*3)/1.5 which is 30 IU? Pardon my ignorance if it seems stupid

It says 15mg per 1.5 ml. That means that you have 45 iu per 1.5 ml. If you only have 1 ml you'd have 30 iu. If you have 0.5 ml you have 15 iu and so on.
