"Pharma Grade" worth 2x cost vs UGL? Relative Newb - No Source Talk

Read several posts and maybe I'm looking for reassurance, not really sure. I'm early 40s, done with kids and jumped on a clinic to start a TRT cruising journey. 450 to 912 on 120mg weekly of Test Cyp. Plan was to get primary or urologist to take over care. They weren't on same page as me. PCP said no, didn't agree. Urologist wanted me off for 6 weeks to show low #s then start. I told him I didn't need insurance involved, he didn't seem to care. So I ventured into the UGL realm.

First ever UGL order kind of went sideways despite a highly reviewed vendor. Cyp was out after I paid, agreed to Test E 250. Test E 400 was sent. I did an equivalent dose, 15 units, big bruise internally for 5 days. I then, with filters and focus on sterility, diluted equal parts with filtered MCT oil to equal a 200mg/ml concentration. No pip after 3 doses BUT coincidentally psoriasis break out on back of neck. Got topical from dermatologist for that, working well.

I'd like to get setup with a consistent source. Just pinned yesterday with the vendor replacement test cyp 250 they sent. Will stick with that for 4-6 weeks and get labs again.

All that said, the mix up and rash break out got me thinking about source. I guy on reddit I reached out to shared his source. It's 'pharma grade' and not ugl. No website, no reviews. Supposedly overseas collection of pharmacies. The test is about about $30 more than most domestic places and shipping is a little more. I'm hesitant with the lack of reviews but also tempted cuz the pharma grade.

With pharma grade you’re basically just paying for quality assurance testing, not that it’s more potent

250mg UGL test vs 250mg pharma grade test is the same potency, but pharma grade required additional tests like sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals, maybe some other stuff I’m failing to mention.

some might find it’s worth it, others might not. As long as a UGL has their gear HPLC tested, preferably GCMS tested too with a good track record and reviews with bloodwork and no weird stuff with infections, that’s enough for me.

Also stay away from high concentration gear. Test 400 was a mistake, especially as someone that’s new to it that’s more prone to pip. Not surprised you had a negative experience with it. Test e250/ and test c 200-250 is probably a safe bet.

Yeah I mean Indian testosterone can be extremely hit or miss. I probably wouldn’t touch that crap with a 10 foot pole

your rash or psoriasis may or not be related to the gear. Stress or the wrong foods will often cause a flare up. Bruises happen and not because its bad gear.

There is plenty of quality ugl product out there. There is also plenty of counterfeit "pharma brand name" which = fake or at best ugl. Personally I would not want a branded, labeled product coming to me direct from overseas.

^THIS! Unfortunate times where we cant say pharm grade test is 100% better than UGL.

Years back I had a doctor prescribing me 1g a week, no idea how he did it, but had that script for like 8 months. Got my levels tested and they were in the 900s! lol! I got it straight from CVS too.

I'm 45 years old. Started taking steroids in college, when your gear was either pharma grade or faked. Even back then it would be hit and miss. I'd stumbled on some Anatest from Quebec and blew up, then ran into some pink Omnadrens from Poland and wouldn't be impressed. Today, I buy UGL even tho I have a prescription from the doctor (I had nut cancer as a kid). I'm okay paying a little cheaper for slightly less reassurance. I have noticed a slight allergic reaction or inflammation or whatever to some oils tho.

Overseas is asking for problems with customs being extremely strict right now. There are a lot of fakes when buying ‘pharma grade’ on the black market. You’ll have a long wait time, and a high probability of getting your package seized.
It’s sad that physicians these days are so afraid of losing their license and lawsuits that they don’t even give testosterone to a man who needs it.
My advice is either find an HRT Clinic who will help you via online services, or read the reviews here in the sponsor section and find a good local sponsor with great reviews on their test cyp. Do a small order. Use it for a few weeks, then get blood work done. Or, send an ml of it to Janoshik for lab testing.

I know a lot of people who use pharmacy grade from clinics or their doctors so they stay on the legal side of things. In the USA I'm not sure what pharmacy grade PEDs are available anymore other than Testosterone and HGH...maybe Oxandrolone. Can we call compound pharmacies pharma grade?

My test straight from the pharmacy is no better than the stuff you can get from sponsors here. A matter of fact, there are some sources here that I feel like have a better product than what I get from the pharmacy.
