Phase 2 help please

Greetins all,

Will be finishing up phase one and wanted to get some input on a next phase

Phase one was was to get BF down to 12% should be there by mid. July everything is going well, thank you to the members for prior input.
Current stack
180 mg of test c
240 mg primo
20mg anavar
12ius GH
BW is clean, check every 4 weeks, sleep 8 plus hours per night , 5 days trying and cardio.

Once I get closer to my goal, I'll swap the anavar for winstrol 4 week break in between.
Adjust according to my BW.

I want to next add muscle and not sure what the best base add on would be right some good choices, thoughts ?
Leaning towards NNP
 
Anabolic steroids help build muscle. Take steroids, eat in a surplus, train hard, sleep well. Literally take your pick. Plenty of people do it using what you are on already so I'm a bit confused...

Thanks, I am currently leaning out/cut as some point I will be out of the calorie deficit and need to put on more lean muscle.
And I could just stay with my current stack, the question was thoughts on adding NNP in place of primo for a more agressive gains
Also, I've never tried NNP and I'm curious if this is a good fit, I've read a lot about it and feel like I check off all boxes for a good match, also EQ is a contender.

Personally I tolerate deca way better. But plenty of people prefer NPP because of the short half life. In my opinion one of the most fun parts of the anabolic journey is figuring out what works for you. Yes, nandralone is great for building mass and keeping the joints feeling well. If you have never tried it, I would just run test, nandrolone, and eq (eq is especially helpful with fighting elevated e2). But eq by itself is not a great mass builder for me unless you get into a seriously high dose, which would also require a seriously high dose of test to avoid crashing e2. Test, deca, eq is a classic and timeless mass gainer cycle. My favorite.

Great question,
With the HGH, and like anything I use a go slow and low and listen to by body and bloodwork. 12ius works for me, I take it fasted first thing in the am on an empty stomach. I get much better quality of sleep and I'll take some peptides before bed, I like cjc125 and ipamorlin.

These are ULG HGH so they are typically less potent by 20%ish, but still good and works for me economically.

Upping my test has been an option , but I aromatise a little above average ,for me 190 is a sweet spot and allows be to stack other compounds I like with some of there unique features that you can't get from testosterone alone and keeps my BW in check without having to take an AI, if that make sense ? And I really do enjoy the spice of trying different things.

Sold, that's what I'm going with, I'm gonna start with the NNP because of the quick effect and if I don't like it ,I can get out faster with it's short half life.EQ takes a while to show the benefits so ,this works,but brings some great unique features
