Phentermine dosages...?

What is the average suggested dosages for phentermine for optimum fat loss?

Phentermine is an anorectic drug (appetite suppressant) which could of course be useful when dieting to suppress hunger but it isn't going to burn fat directly which seems to be what you're after.

I think the tried and true ECA-stack is a better option for appetite-suppression purposes personally.

If you want direct fat loss then DNP is still king but T3 is certainly also useful.

Regarding Phentermine-dosages: I once used it but I can't remember what dosage I took so I can't help you with that.

The normal dose of Phentermine is either 15 or 37.5. I would just use the 37.5. 15 is pretty worthless IMO unless you've had ZERO stimulants in your life prior, which lets be honest, in BB thats nothing.

I liked it when using DNP, helped curb cravings pretty well.

Vyvanse/Adderall works better IMO.

Phentermine effects wore off for me within a month.

I would start off with half a tab and see how you respond. Most do well on 37.5mg and no doubt it will help suppress appetite. My biggest complaint is I always seemed to crash hard near the end of the day.
