anyone take it? can anyone give me some feedback? I am looking to give Phenylethylamine a try for my anxiety, Its not too serious but the anxiety I get it annoying as I hate not being able to control emotions and feelings that 'just happen' it just urks me how I cant control it, if the anxiety gets too severe I end up throwing up and I feel a whole lot better right after. Ex. I went on a date one time with a girl and had the butterfly feeling going in my stomach saw her for the first time and anxiety set in within 5 minutes of her in the car I was pulled over on the side of the road throwing up behind the vehichle luckily she was a nurse and was not grossed out at all, But i couldnt figure out why I cant fight this...anyone?
 
also L-Phenylalanine and DL-Phenylalanine would this be a better option as i did some research and the original compound phenylethylamine is close to ephedrine, I do not like stims thats for sure
 
I am a huge fan of PEA, been on my daily supp list for over a year now. Some people use it as a rec because it can be very similar to MDMA in large doses, but in lower it seems to keep me focused and in a normal mood.

I first got 500mg caps of it and assesed my tolerance. Starting with 500mg and then waiting about 30 minutes taking another 500, stopping at 1500mg when there was clearly a buzz. After it wore off I felt tired, no hangover to speak of. During the buzz I had alot of motivation to do things and very intense focus.

The next time I took my PEA before the gym, 1000mgs with my NO mix(arginine,creatine,beta alinine,citrulene malate). Did not add anything to my performance as far as strength, but makes you focus on the task at hand and is a great addition if you are in need of a little push.

Now and for the past year or so I have taken 700mg with breakfast, and another with lunch or dinner. Mood stays stable, have less senior moments(had a severe concussion 10 years ago and have occasional memory issues), and has no side effects that ssri's had given me years ago when I took them.
 
Thanks for the review. Badapple, where do you get yours from? There was a UG guy selling it recently for $100 for a 30 dose bottle. thanks
 
any stimmed out feelings? could you eat just the same? did it make it harder to eat? because i heard it suppresses appetite, also how about combining this with GABA and Phenibut? for maximum relax and stress relieve without resorting to ssri's

I now get mine from True protien in bulk and cap it myself. Before I got it from CognativeNutrition. 30 dollars a bottle and you are getting ripped off bud. It's 18 bucks for 20 grams at True protien, and your regular dose should be between 500 and 1000mgs.

King, the stimmed out feelings only happen if you mix it with coffee or ephedrine. PEA seems to me to have an effect where it will enhance your other supps, so with coffee you might feel a bit more tweaked. Alone in lower doses it is mainly focus and mood stabling.

As far as mixing with GABA my vote is no, that stuff is great alone. Couple of grams before bed and you get a nice deep sleep.

Phenubit I personally would not mess with. Most people take it to get high, and by all accounts you grow a tolerance quickly and can have a bad trip from taking too much because of the difficulty in gauging your tolerance.
