Actually it's a little more than 3 weeks out (27th October).

Thanks TP, but I've seen your cell pics and u were so damn shredded that I decided not to take pics

No frankly, I'm so hard with myself I know if I take pics now it will only demotivate me seeing what needs to be brought up

Last weeks are "delicate" on your mind and it's really easy to fuck up everything in a matter of seconds, if u know what I mean

In fact I don't even weight myself or look too much at the mirror... just do what I have to and don't think too much about it. If I start questionning myself I know I will screw up, so...

Don't say I won't take any pics before, but it's really not a priority to take some... think you can understand

I gotta agree. And Oct 27 is my warmup show so its 4 weeks, stop cutting weeks off and making me think im running out of time! lol. Thats the same reason i really havent posted pix, last thing i need is a massive 20 post critique making me second guess myself haha.... iv taken pix but only fowarded them to a chosen few who i know are #1 very experienced and #2 would be brutally honest ....so i think im on track. Enjoyin the ride... were almost there!

Shit 3 week away and I have nothing booked, I was ment to go watch this year, but got tied up opening my gym. Best of luck there are a few really good guys from over here(N.Ireland) competing.

But I wish you guys would stop reopening old wounds, we have feelings ya know!! I'm willing to live and let live but he gets what he desrves for two timing me with that homewrecker Kaiser!! And he's not even that good looking!! Holy moly.
