PHIL-4 reactions of steroids?

I had literature on the 4 very different groups that AAS steroids fall into. I remember experimenting with this and it seemed to work well for me at the night of champions in 1996, although I did not diet strictly at all. I will post on this more after I go back through my notes, ok.

In short

From the info I was given, the cell is receptive to 4 different types of AAS. Each steroid falls into either of these 4 catagories. If you take too much of one catagorie, the excess wont be as asborbed as easily and will basically be wasted. the basic idea is to take a little amount from each of the 4 catagories, instead of a lot fron one or two catagories. When I posted this a few days ago, the pro that gave me this info told me that it wasnt for me to share, he worked long and hard obtaining this info and didnt want me handing it out on here.

You said there are 4 different types of steroids? I only know of two types, the Anabolic and the Androgenic. What are the other two?

Phil, does the four ways it effects your muscle similar to this?

1. Anabolic steroids increase the deposition of protein as muscle or protein biosynthesis.
2. Anabolic steroids increase oxygenation of the blood
3. Anabolic steroids promote the retention of nitrogen -- and indication that protein is being converted to muscle.
4. Anabolic steroids prevent catabolism, or the naturally occurring breakdown of lean muscle tissue.


There's more to this but when I read this, it reminded me of the question that Diezal was asking.
