Phil what are your thoughts on Cardio? For fat loss and health?

I thought so also. But i thought i seen in a post Phil said it would waste to much muscle. To use diet.

There are alot of option in there,cardio is no different than lifting.
1)r you using treadmill,bike ,runnig outside?
2) gentics
3)aas,diuretics,diet
The first time I took tricanna for wieght loss ,well the weight loss included muscle....next time I played raqutball

I think if you use cardio correctly, you can keep fat in check and not prevent muscle loss. I use it whether I'm bulking or cutting. When bulking I use 45 min's at a brisk walk 3-4 days a week. When cutting I use the same but 7 days a week.
 
depends on body type, cardio works great for me in all situations
 
I'd like to know the answer to the cardio mystery too. I have a very ectomorphic bone structure and my quads seem to disappear when I do cardio, although the rest of me looks better when I do it. I hate losing size in my legs though, so I don't do much at all, if any.
