phil is a great guy

So Friday night I got mugged by three guys. Stole my money, broke my nose, and broke my jaw. I asked Phil if I could call him to tell him what happened and he gave me his number just like that. He wished me the best, gave me advice on what I should be eating, and told me to call him back Tuesday after my surgery consultation. Also advised me to make sure I'm taking peps and I have been but only have a small amount of ipa left and was robbed of all my money and credit card and won't be able to make money until I go back to work in a week or two . If anyone wants pics pm me ur email addy and ill send them to you.

Point of this thread is though Phil did NOT have to take time out of his day to talk with and advise me, but he did. Phil is an outstanding person,trainer, and friend. Thank you Phil.
