Phil or Ramy what’s your thoughts?

Phil seriously continues to improve, no matter when, where and how his critics try to dismantle the guy he just gets better, when his critics drilled him about his back and chest, he turned that around by listening and turning the tables… Plain and simple he’s at the top because he’s the best!

However, Ramy is the genuine article and he too is religiously getting better, and if he comes in like someone drew him on an etch’a sketch, sliced and diced, it will be one of the biggest dilemmas that Phil or the judges have yet to witness…

My core is supporting Ramy!

If PHIL brings his conditioning with the paper thin skin I think he will win again. I'd love to see RAMY come dialed in and win the show but he's been lacking the conditioning to win.

I think we'd all love to see that but honestly I'm completely expecting Ramy to come in not quite conditioned enough...again.

And even if he came in peeled, I still think Phil would win.

what I never get is people make it sound like Ramey is coming in fat or something. Or like everyone on the Olympia stage is known for coming in peeled! We KNOW that's not the case. Almost everyone has said nearly all of the guys aren't lean enough. Or like years past.
What he has to do is draw that water from under the skin, but still have it in the muscle! After he worked with Aceto and was depleted he came in the next show fuller and looked incredible. Not because he was leaner, but because he was dry and full.
