Phil had litterally encouraged me to start a gym , and held my hand through every step and Finally i got him to come to Califonia and see me and my Gym.
Whata treat !! the man's wife is gourgous ,smart and best of all ,really cares about the man we all know deserves the best . well he has that one covered ! it was a pleasure Liz , God Bless You Always .. Phil on the other hand is just wide as a garage door !! Gentle and Kind like a we all should hope to be , and Funny like we all see here regularlly, it was an honor and a treat and THANK YOU PHIL YOU ARE TRUE FRIEND I WILL CHERISH ALWAYS .. PEACE BRO

Thanks for having us there! It was not a lot of time as I had to be back at my dads house for dinner, but T-MUSCLE treated us to sushi. T, you look HUGE!! I have never seen you so big. Your arms are huge with garden hoses running up and down. What a nice town you live in, no wonder the houses are so expensive, it is paradise. Love the gym, what a fantastic business you have going, ebven though you are probably at 50% capacity. This is with no advertising wither. Keep up the good work and we will see each other again real soon!!

Phil is as honest as they get and pulls no punches... If you ask him he will tell you straight out ... I admire his honesty and integrity but most of all i cherish his friendship, he stood by me through some rough times and made me laugh till i pissed myself... You would be hard pressed to find a more sensitive guy in THIS sport...With Liz by his side she keeps him sane and focused and she is the other half of Phil...shes good to him and he deserves that

I am glad many of you have had teh honor to meet him in person, on the phone or via e-mail... if i could get him to comb his hair and stop cutting himself he might look a little better but that is teh thing with him.. "he don't care what people think of how he looks"... he is who he is and he is happy with himself..

T-Muscle i am glad you met him and he was as good to you as he has been with many of us... i held his hand when he opened the gym and now he passed the torch onto you... best of luck to you
