I know many people drink coffee beofore working out etc. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on this? I have done it in the past when out of my thermos but on a regular basis say in the morning on a empty stom. when doing cardio? Or even before a workout? What do you use for a xtra spike to get you going? Anyone else feel free to elaborate as well.
I am one who liked the gittery, wirey feeling of the old effedra eca's so this is why i am asking. I know i can still access em but just curious as to what the rest of you are using now. Other then manking your own eca with effedrine I dont get the same effect this way.
