Phil works MIRACLES take 2nd in first ever show!

Well, Dr. Phil Hernon has done it again…. I recently competed in my “first ever” competition and took 2nd in my class. It was such a RUSH and I had an absolute blast!! There's just nothing like competing and having fun out there.

Phil definitely works MIRACLES!

Phil’s training and nutrition guidance was critical. I lost over 50lbs before I stepped onstage, the crazy thing was I didn’t lose strength!!! I also did little to NO CARDIO!!! His direction is unbelievable and so against the norm and I LOVE IT! If you want killer results why waste $$$ on magazines or books designed solely to suck green out of your wallets! Thanks again Phil!

I've got a lot of room for improvement for certain, but it's nice to have the support!

Started working with Phil in mid to late March...stepped on-stage Nov 6th.

I had a lot of people not even recognize me at the gym. I mean we're talking I would say hello and they would walk right by until I told them who I was. I had friends that absolutely couldn't believe it was me!

I always wear sweats and big clothes in the gym so when they saw me on stage it blew some minds. Nobody knew there was a show and tell metamorphisis project going on under the clothes.
One gal from the gym came up to me after the show and all she could say to me was... "Holy hell!"

Definitely fun, but I know I'm not even CLOSE to where half of you guys are. I'm just a little guy. Gotta go to work!!!

Very inspirational to both bb's and those who just want to shed some bodyfat. If I were you I'd mail in those before and after shots to a supplement company and try and get a sponser. Phenomenal transformation buddy!

It's crazy what a good diet and training regimen does to a body.
