I mean what has to take place within a muscle for sh*t like that to finally happen. I think you have more mass in one leg than I have in both! Today is legs day for me and after seeing that pic I dont know if I am motivated or depressed. LOL. Truly a classic pic.

educated guess evry 4 or 5 dayz he squats probaly after warm-ups 4 ,5 and 6or 7 plates for 10 to 25 reps , sick strong
last chest day i asked what he did
3 sets db press
130lbs for 22 reps
150lb for 15 reps and
110 for infinte amount
done

BN we all wish , Phil has more potential to be the best in the world "on stage " as ANYBODY period .....
all we can do is show him and tell him thanx for all he has done and hopefully he will again compete ..all in him and on him ,thats why i cant imagine ,being able to look like that..

small story about Phil

it was late 90 i think maybe 91 and he was coming to san fran for something with gaspari or emric and i drove up to see him and had never met him in person before ,well got their and he said come up to hotel room so i knocked on door and the door came open and across this bed was this beast literally !!!i stood there and remember it like yesterday he was in white underwear (penis pumps everywhere ) he had just got up
and he looked like the biggest but not just biggest he was the man with more MUSCLE packed on (LEAN) as you will ever see on any man ..!! trust me .i beleived it then and he wont say it but still ..the man is a true championin our sport and then again a true friend i chersh, thanx pal

Phil has always impressed...even his bad weeks are better than any of our good weeks. Phil has so much knowldege it would takes months and months to sit down with him and talk to him about eeverything...I am not speaking for him, but the conversations that he has had on this and other boards, and a few PM's he has sent me, tells me he has lived through a lot and he values his health and his family...I think those 2 go hand and hand
