The Gift

His physique, has to be my fave I've seen in a long while, maybe ever. I can't wait to see what he continues to grow to. Imagine him now with Jay or Ronnie's width. Oh man!

I believe he will be Mr. O for a while as well. Gotta feel kinda bad for Jay, all those years battling Ronnie, finally becoming Mr. O., and taking Phil under his wing, I don't think ever believing Phil would grow to where he has so fast and taking the title.

The great thing is, these guys are good friends.

No shit! I believe he says he started training in late 2002 or something, fucking insane that he looked like that after 1-2 years training max. Just ridiculous

A lot of GH and insulin there. His head seems to have gotten thicker, too.

I'd love to know what he took gear-wise to get to that level.

Disclaimer: Not that such a cycle would render the same results on me, of course. Just curious, because that's one HELL of a transformation. Looks awesome! :headbang:

jsut read an article on him in this months flex. he was 215 when he turned pro and 237 in 2011 olympia. hes a beast by far my favorite bodybuilder

His arms are the best damn arms in the world. His physique leaves me speechless. Not to discredit any other bodybuilder cause Jay is probably my favorite but Phil does not even look real. He looks like hes from another planet or something just speechless

If I had to guess I would say his arms in the first pic were a lean 18.5-19.5 inch. But its hard to tell just from that one pic.

His genetics are unreal we all know that. I never seen anyone blow up as fast as he has in my life....I bet back when Jay started helping him out years ago he never thought that he would be taking 2nd place too him LOL...I bet Jay regrets some of the help he has given him over the years....Jay will never beat him....not this year...not next year not ever again.

Face

In the first photo he has a longer face, now its just round. I find it interesting that such drastic facial changes took place. He is a beast! Go HEATH!

Watching this last years O it wasn't even close phenomenal how much he as improved over such a short period of time. I often wonder if he would have choose a different prep coach or no coach at all how much have would he improved I know in the end its all up to him to follow the plan and do the work, nevertheless a good coach helps straighten out the learning curve just some rambling!:lightbulb:

Id say phil actually has better genetics that ronnie, yes ronnie was pure mass and a freak, but him and phil are 2 completely different bodybuilders, think i speak for alot when i say the aesthetics of phil is just so much better than ronnie, + the gut isnt bad either

Kai Greene is the closest thing to Phil right now. If Jay doesnt try to just be huge, he may have a shot. But there is no way a 270-275lb Jay is gonna win back the O........I think if Jay can be 255 give or take, he had a mirror pic at a gym pre surgery and he was beast and he said 255. A leaner, better conditioned Jay may challange Phil but dont be suprised for a long reign by The Gift..........
