Phil's Clients..

My favorite veggies are broccoli, green beans and brussel sprouts.

Here is a great and easy way to prepare almost any veggie:
Cook them to soft them up. (If using frozen just put in microwave for a few minutes)
Spread the veggies out on some foil and sprinkle some garlic salt on them and spray them with EVOO spray.
Put under the broiler for 5-7 minutes.

Yum yum... :)
 
sounds tasty. Were you doing pineapples from a can or fresh pineapple??

and for fat were you just using Olive Oil in this meal. Great combo!

I just get the no sugar added canned pineapple. Only ingredients are pineapple and pineapple juice. Cheap and easy.
 
baked tilapia with lemon juice and extra spicey mrs dash covered with crushed almonds. grape juice to drink.
 
breakfast is usually

scrambled eggs 12white, 5 yolks
orange juice extra pulp
 
tuna salad (fat free mayo, almonds, shredded lettuce)
strawberry-banana juice
 
2 frozen bananas covered in warm peanut butter (all-natural)
vanilla isopure in milk
 
grilled chicken tenderloin
(grill then cover with budweiser wing sauce and crushed almond or walnuts or for the olive oil freaks mix the oil into the sauce then pour onto chicken)

2 coors lights:D

Thanks for all those meal ideas Edge! Maybe i need to think a little outside the box and be more creative.
 
i get alot of pm's on how i interpret phils program. you guys have to think alittle. he is giving you an outline, use your brain in both training and eatting. now if your dieting for a contest do exactly as your told otherwise stay in your macro split and eat. with training stick with the basics as outlined but know what works for you as an individual. nothing is written in stone. i continue to make progress over these past two years that i started with phil because i know how to take what i learned and adapt it accordingly and make changes when needed not just call phil and say this does not work now what.

This chicken sounds great, i'm going to buy the budwieser sauce tonight.
 
I don't eat this for breakfast, but my second meal,

2 cups of oatmeal, 4 tbls of LBA's. 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 sweet n low, all mixed together. One of my favorite meals.
 
side note;

please do not go to phil and say "well edge told me to do this" :)
 
Anyone tried the olive oil kraft mayo? Its excellent! 4gr fat/1-2 gr carbs per TBSP. Great for chicken salad with apples diced in it....oh and dont forget to add almonds
 
Here is another good one:

1/2-1 cup of cottage cheese (2% low fat), 1 tbsp of peanut butter or 2 depending on what Phil has you doing and 2-3 tbsp of LBAS (i like the vanilla in this).....taste like your cheating!

I add and apple or 2 with this.
 
I eat alot of asparagus for low carb veggies...peas for higher carb veggies.

Banana omelet for breakfast
 
i agree with edge, phil is just outlining you some guideline for sucess, but ur are the boss and your success or failure is always yours, but you always have to think about why you are eating what you are eating and it my not always be tasty

good to hear from you guys and realize i am doing roughly the same thing. am i the only one that drinks the LBAs straight up no mixing:cool: is that lazy or what?:rolleyes: :D -STEELE

nope I do the same...or with a cup of water
