I took the advice Phil has posted here on only eating when hungry instead of the normal 6 meals a day eating every 2 hours. What a difference. I am natural and have gone from 204 to 198 in 4wks. But it seems to be more fat than anything as i have lost 2 inches off my waist but have only lost 6 lbs. The great thing is i can eat anything i want and still lose the fat.
Just want to thank Phil for posting some of his theories here and helping many of us who were once brain washed by the bodybuilding diet myths.
