J/K, it is certainly healthier than McD's, but because of the noodles, it's obviously not low-carb. It's not fried, has some good greens, and the beef is usually pretty lean, so I think there is room for this in a healthy diet.
 
i love pho, stumbled into a vietnemese restraunt last year, and ordered it. I get it now at least once a month. Ive always wondered if it was somewhat healthy
 
Why would it not be healthy? Because of sodium? Its rice noodles, protein and broth.
 
processed noodles keep it out of the healthy group if you are very strict as it is not a whole grain. and for BB'ers i find it to be low on protein usually, but still very tasty!!!!1
 
Order it with double meat, that's what I always do.

You have to find out how its prepared....if the stock and the noodles are made fresh it can be very healthy....if its processed broth and noidles...not so much. And you gotta go double meat dawg.
 
I think besides the sodium it's healthy plus plenty of carbs and protein for bulking, love me some PHO
