Photo Shoot Next Week

Just agreed to do a photo shoot next week. I have done a couple of shows so I have a pretty good grasp on prep. Just looking for some different ideas about how to handle diet between now and then by guys who do this type of thing. I have been running hrt(50mg e3d), and I'm gonna throw in 70mg tren ace ed. I am adding either aromasin or nolvadex to lose a little water. Which is better for water retention? I was leaning towards nolvadex because my hdl is on the low side. I am about 10% right now and will be in a tank top, so I'm not too worried about it, just trying to tighten up a bit. Thanks for any input.

Aromasin ..take niacin, walnuts, and cocnut oil to bring up your HDL

Why not throw in a diuretic of water retention is a concern? Aromasin would be better in that regard but if you're concerned about HDL then run nolva and a loop diuretic.
 
Not much you can do with any BF in a week. Trying to cadio it off will just spike cortisol, so I'd be moderate on that.

I'd work on manipulating water. Use something dyazide on the day of, or even some OTC diuretic started a couple days before.

For hardness, I'd use Masteron Prop to harden you up, drop any Test. Careful with Aromasin, it will flatten you out if overdone.
 
If your not in shape for it now...then there isnt much you could do in a week other then maybe a short DNP cycle and then you have to deal with the bloating afterwards.
 
I am not trying to lose much bf because it is only a week and Ill be wearing a tank top. Just trying to look my best on saturday. Tren, a little aromasin, low carb and tons of water until friday, and maybe a diuretic the night before should do the trick. I was overthinking it a bit. Im just gonna run a toned down contest week prep. Thanks for the help guys.
