Great physique, and it seems the camera likes you just posing with your hands relaxed at your sides. The three photos with you in that type of position are your strongest, you'd have no problem finding yourself on a few ads. Good luck!

Good build but the 50lbs dumbell presses and 145lb curls don't match if your curling 145 you should be benching a lot more, I know just a photo shoot but thought I would comment

Thanks for the good words!

Even though I had only three weeks to get ready for this, it was very cool to have a definitive goal and something to shoot for!

Much thanks to XCEL for helping me condense the hi-resolution pics into a workable size!

flexmaster - I do have some leg shots and I'll get those up shortly!

vespa - The dumbell presses were actually dumbell flyes. The idea was not to show me working out as much as it was to show a "body" working out for an advertisement. Bottom line, I just did what the photog told me to do!

Thanks! The photog actually took that shot from the second floor of the gym as he hung over the guardrail. I was on the first floor. He did a bunch like that, but the ab shot was the best, in my opinion.

I don't know what my bodyfat was - I didn't have it measured...

I am 5'8" tall and I weighed exactly 200 in those pics. I usually hover around 210-215 year round so dropping the extra 15 lbs really pays off for me in terms of bringing out the cuts.
