This is Nemiah. He is 26 years old and natural. He should do good this weekend. By the way, these pictures were taken on his low carb days. I had him drying and filling out now. He looks a little leaner than this now.

Guy already looks like a bodybuilder, just not a gigantic one. The lines, proportions, bellies, it's all there.

What an amazing platform to take the next step, if he wishes to.

Now, imagine what a crazy first cycle that would be. 15 solid pounds on top of that already well sculpted physique. He would have the potential to win shows or even turn pro in just a few years.

Honestly guys I talk to him about gear and his thoughts. He really doesn't want to take gear. I don't think he should, he has good enough genetics. He already won a show last year and he is bigger this year. This is physique anyways, how big does he have to be? I think this look is what they are looking for anyhow.

Looks great! I hope he is rewarded.

Perhaps I'm being egocentric, but I feel I have a similar look, though I'm 33. And his arms and shoulders look much fuller.

The feedback I received from judges at physique shows was I lacked size and thickness. I've also never exogenously manipulated hormones or even touched a pro-hormone for that manner (yet).

I actually joined this site to read about these topics from those whom I respect; Meadows, Shelby, Dante, Porter, etc.

This show I did this past weekend the "beefier" guys all finished at the bottom.... A,B,C & D classes the guys that won were ALL rail thin.... a fellow I was bullshitting with and has a VERY similar physique to mine asked a judge why he placed where he did.... all he said was "too big".... this same guy is doing Jr Nats ..... judge said the "larger" shows will allow a bigger physique......I wish they would fuckin nail down the judging criteria..... last year too small..... this year too big.... its getting frustrating... got another show May 14th.... THIS show will help me decide what road to take.... I may just get pushed outta physique and into Classic which REALLY screws me cuz my wheels just aren't there yet....
