Do you guys do your dumbbell presses like that. Almost straight up and down? I use a wider arc type movement but maybe u should change. Also does any one really notice hammer curls adding much to their bis?

With the form he is using he probably feels those hammer curls more in his lower back than biceps.

I think alot of people call bullshit on him saying he only used PMMA for that one spot in his bicep.. When one of his GFs came out saying he had em all the time.. who know which one is lying but I do know he has some BIG ass arms..

the thing is Rich looked incredible before he started all that injection stuff back in the early 2000's he posted on mayhem and kept a low profile.
you are free to do what ever you want with your body imo I don't dig the tats and the fake look his muscle has now...but that's his game

I don't know why everyone wants to give Bostin credit for being honest. Who the hell wants honesty from someone who has very little experience and is just regurgitating what he believes to be true? Granted, he is right SOMEtimes but some of his opinions on what is truth or common practice is fucking comical.

His target audience eats the shit up though and the irony is that 90% of them don't need to be trying any of his suggestions because they aren't at that level - they're just young kids trying to FastTrack things instead of put in work.

You are 100% right about Bostin. Just because i give him credit for being honest doesnt mean i dont think he is an idiot. In my previous post i said that i dont like that he is trying to build his reputation on saying crazy things rather than on accomplishments. You hit the nail on the head, his target audience eats it up, but his target audience is a bunch of kids.

And i dont like the fact that he suggests certain things are "common practice", i like that he's honest about what he takes... But he shouldnt say that its what everyone else does.

In the internet age people can reach such a huge audience that they can build up a following rather quickly. Making crazy claims about his usage is his approach to gaining followers. Most of the guys on this board are way too advanced to listen to his nonsense, however it does spark conversations.
