Took pic last week. Been off for 5 months. 100% off. 222lbs in this pic and holding belly fat but you can't see it haha! I have no diet, never really have. I just make sure I take in over 300g protein per day and I eat almost anything. Just took my first shot today to get ready for summer.. and maybe... just maybe try to do a mens physique contest in June if I can somehow manage a diet haha.
