Nothing special, welcome any comments good or bad. Turned 49 on the 12th of this month. Lighting not great, no pump, just a quick pic. Just trying to maintain and improve steadily. Not easy with age, injuries and a really screwed up endocrine system, but I refuse to give in. Weight about 240 lbs. Thanks for looking.

Thanks...

I really appreciate all the nice comments. Still not even close to where I would like to be, had a few set backs along the way. But we all go threw that from time to time. Was actually leaner a few months ago, still holding a LOT of fat, hope to change that in the coming months. Thanks again to everyone.
