This pic was taken at a shoot the week following my last show. I weiged about 225 for the pic. I'm 5'7. Currently I am training for the NPC Nationals.

Thanks for the compliments people, I appreciate it. Yes I should come in around 215 or so if everything goes right. My last show I made the mistake of losing too much water. As a result I was in the lightheavies and weighed only 191. A few days before the show I was about 210-215 and looked much fuller. Like I said in the previous post, the pic was taken about a week, or six days after the show and I was already back to 225. So I don't think I should have a problem coming in at about 215. Also would like to add that you guys have a great board here, very informative. Take care.

Beautiful vascularity! I saw that pic on another board, someone posted it on your behalf I think. Terrific leg vascularity especially. Legs in general are great.
