Just your average gym bro who blasts a lot of gear. Arms are 19” Cold, 20” cold would be crazy but that’s going to take a lot of SEO/Synthol if im being realistic Lol.


My legs are completely destroyed and I’ve been pinning locally as much HGH, BPC157 and TB500 i can. I try not to think about it because it gets my me knowing my legs might never be able to get big again.

Have you already used seo there? Or do you mean to take your arm from 19 inch to 20 inch

My arm is 19 inch No SEO , but I’m positive based on my muscle bellies, structure, genetics etc that I’d definitely need SEO to get 20 inches cold.
 
Final check in of the fat loss phase. Now it’s time to transition into an off season.

probably wouldnt take a lot of SEO though

Interesting, so i assume to just start pinning small amounts (1cc max) all over my biceps and triceps. Would that be the best way to go about it? Just keep shooting them everyday?

Probably don’t even need it man. Your arms are solid. Unless you’re stepping on stage and losing because your arms lack size I’d say just keep doing whatever you’re doing. It’s obviously working for you

Thanks ill take your advice. Bodybuilding sometimes ruins your body image cause you'll compare yourself to jay cutler and dorian yates and feel like you're still a twig lol.

Haha I totally get it. Sometime I feel good about my progress then I see these IFBB pros that are like 2 weeks out diced to the bone, and it’s like “yah, I look like shit”

Just saying your arms are impressive. SEO could definitely help if done right. If done wrong though you could ruin your best part. Probably don’t need to take that risk just yet
 


I've only got one goal come August 31st.........CONDITIONING!
