Month post show. 10 lbs over stage weight. Holding a little water due to localized swelling from a bad glute shot.
I had thought about jumping into north America's but then realized I hadn't qualified since I didn't win an open. Eyes on next season.
Dosage is down to 50% of prep. Bumped GH to 5 IU for the first time. 1 cheat meal since the show; birthday pizza with my family. Other than that, perfect diet execution. Keeping cardio a touch higher than @troponin1 prescribes but nothing crazy.

Its genetics i had 17 in at 20 yo at 75kgBro mine are 16in. My arms are 19. It looks baddI started working them out a couple weeks ago, so maybe they will grow

Hit it hard again yesterday and added 5 guys and large fry. Woke up looking a little softer than I have the last week. After meal 1 digesting body started to tighten and I took these pics. Show day is 12pm so I’ll have more time to adjust and going to just stick with clean foods. I’ll keep you guys updated and I’m happy to answer any questions.
